Over 80,000 views for Ackroyd & Harvey's Grass Portraits

Field Study 2003 © Ackroyd & Harvey (02)jpg.jpg

Dan Harvey and Heather Ackroyd create a photographic photosynthesis work in response to the planned exploratory oil drilling on Leith Hill, Surrey. By manipulating the natural processes that fuel life itself, these British artists blur the line between science, nature and art, all while drawing attention to climate change.

The short film was launched today on Great Big Story, and a longer version will be part of Artists of Our Natural World, released soon.
